Hair System Reorder & Custom Order Information

Reordering (Existing Customers)

Choose this option if you are an existing Hare Again customer and would like to reorder a hair system we already have on file. Please include your phone number, as this acts as your Customer ID with us.

 

New or Custom Orders

This option is also available if you are ordering a hair system for the first time or do not have a previous system on record.

Please email us your phone number along with the following details so we can process your order accurately:

  • Base Size

  • Front Contour

  • Hair Style (e.g., Free Style)

  • Length

  • White Hair Percentage (if applicable)

  • Curl/Camber

  • Density

  • Hair Colour

If you’re unsure about any of these, we can provide an order form or guide you through the process — just contact us.

 

Manufacturing & Delivery Timeframe

All custom hair systems are made to order. Manufacturing takes 6–8 weeks, followed by approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order.

 

Cut & Style Included

Your hair system will arrive pre‑cut and styled. If you have a preferred hairstyle, please upload or email a photo. Our stylist will interpret it carefully to achieve the closest possible match.

If you later decide to change the style, please note that this will incur an additional fee with our stylist.
