Step 1: Discover Hare Again & consultation
Your journey begins when you discover Hare Again, often through a discreet online search. The next step is a personalised consultation where we discuss your needs and answer all your questions. This is a no-pressure environment to explore the possibilities.
Step 2: Customisation and ordering
Once you decide to proceed, we conduct suitability and allergy checks to ensure comfort and safety. We then expertly colour-match your hair and help you choose a breathable lace system tailored to your preferences. Our transparent process ensures you understand all costs and options.
Step 3: Manufacturing & fitting
After your order is placed, your custom hair system is manufactured to your exact specifications, including pre-cutting and styling, which takes about 8-10 weeks. During this time, we can also arrange for any maintenance products, like Walker Tape, to be ready for you. Once your system arrives in New Zealand, we'll contact you to book a private fitting session at our discreet home studio. We ensure it's perfectly fitted and styled to look natural and feel comfortable.
Step 4: Maintenance and ongoing support
After fitting, we guide you through essential maintenance, empowering you to care for your new hair. We offer ongoing support and products to ensure your system always looks its best. Many of our returning customers find it simple to order new systems every 4 to 6 months to maintain their confident look.
