The perfect starting point for new clients beginning their hair‑replacement journey with Hare Again.

Our Initial Package includes everything you need to achieve a natural, personalised, and confidence‑boosting result from day one. This service is designed to ensure your hair system is expertly matched, custom‑made, and professionally fitted for long‑term comfort and realism.

Manufacturing & Delivery Timeframe

Your custom lace hair system is made to order. Manufacturing takes 6–8 weeks, followed by approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

Tape and adhesive remover is not included in this package

Hair System Reorder & Custom Order Information

Reordering (Existing Customers)

Choose this option if you are an existing Hare Again customer and would like to reorder a hair system we already have on file. Please include your phone number, as this acts as your Customer ID with us.

New or Custom Orders

This option is also available if you are ordering a hair system for the first time or do not have a previous system on record.

Manufacturing & Delivery Timeframe

All custom hair systems are made to order. Manufacturing takes 6–8 weeks, followed by approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order.

prE Cut & Style Included

Your hair system will arrive pre‑cut and styled. If you have a preferred hairstyle, please upload or email a photo. Our stylist will interpret it carefully to achieve the closest possible match.

If you later decide to change the style, please note that this will incur an additional fee with our preferred hair stylist.

Cut & Style In new zEALAND

for an additional cost of $120 you can have it cut in on your head by Salem Hair Co

THE VAULT SERIES — HAIR SYSTEM PACKAGE

$849 + Cut‑In Fee

Our Vault Series is our express option — ideal if you need a hair system sooner than the 8–10 weeks required to manufacture our Signature System. Whether you’ve got an event coming up, a wedding, or simply want your new hair sooner, this package gives you a faster pathway.

What’s Included

A full consultation to confirm your base size and ensure an accurate colour match.
If your colour and base are in stock, your system will be prepared and customised within 48 hours.

Once your unit is ready, we’ll book you into the next available appointment with Salem Hair Co for the cut‑in and blending. Cut‑in fee: $120 (paid directly to Salem Hair Co).

Returns & Refunds Policy

We follow the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Faulty Products

If your hair system has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required under the CGA.
All faults will be assessed to determine the appropriate remedy.

No Change‑of‑Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and customisation, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference after purchase.here to add text.

Used or Altered Items

We cannot accept returns if the hair system has been cut, styled, coloured, glued, taped, or worn. Once altered, it cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.Fit‑for‑PurposeIf you tell us what you need and we confirm suitability, the product must meet that purpose. If it doesn’t, you may be entitled to a remedy under the CGA.

An order number or receipt is required for all return enquiries.
