✔ Template & Sizing

We measure and map the area requiring coverage, creating an accurate template for your custom or stock system. This ensures a natural fit and the correct base size for your head shape.

✔ Full Process Explanation

You’ll learn what to expect at every stage — from ordering your system, to fitting, to maintenance appointments, to long‑term care. All questions are welcome.

If you decide to move forward with Hare Again, your $50 consultation fee is credited directly toward your Initial Package, making this appointment a risk‑free first step.

The perfect starting point for new clients beginning their hair‑replacement journey with Hare Again.

Our Initial Package includes everything you need to achieve a natural, personalised, and confidence‑boosting result from day one. This service is designed to ensure your hair system is expertly matched, custom‑made, and professionally fitted for long‑term comfort and realism.

What’s Included

✔ Personal Consultation A one‑on‑one appointment to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and suitability for a non‑surgical hair system.

✔ Suitability Assessment & Adhesive Patch Test We check scalp condition, lifestyle factors, and perform a safe adhesive patch test to ensure compatibility with Walker Tape® products.

✔ Measurements & Colour Matching We take precise measurements, assess your natural density, and match your hair colour for seamless blending.

✔ Style Selection We help you choose the most suitable hairstyle for your face shape and preferences.

✔ Custom Lace Hair System A high‑quality, breathable lace system is custom‑made specifically for you.

✔ Professional Fitting Once your system arrives, we book your fitting appointment. Your new system is applied, blended, and styled for a natural finish.

✔ Maintenance Guidance You’ll receive personalised education on caring for your system — including cleaning, tape replacement, and at‑home maintenance options.

✔ Hair style You’ll either receive a pre cut hair system included in the cost (see hair style gallery for inspiration or provide us a picture), or for an additional cost of $100 you can have it cut in on your head by our preferred hair stylist 

Manufacturing & Delivery Timeframe

Your custom lace hair system is made to order. Manufacturing takes 6–8 weeks, followed by approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

Tape and adhesive remover is not included in this package

Reordering (Existing Customers)

Choose this option if you are an existing Hare Again customer and would like to reorder a hair system we already have on file. Please include your phone number, as this acts as your Customer ID with us.

New or Custom Orders

This option is also available if you are ordering a hair system for the first time or do not have a previous system on record.

Please email us your phone number along with the following details so we can process your order accurately:

• Length

• White Hair Percentage (if applicable)

• Curl/Camber

Manufacturing & Delivery Timeframe

All custom hair systems are made to order. Manufacturing takes 6–8 weeks, followed by approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order.

prE Cut & Style Included

Your hair system will arrive pre‑cut and styled. If you have a preferred hairstyle, please upload or email a photo. Our stylist will interpret it carefully to achieve the closest possible match.

If you later decide to change the style, please note that this will incur an additional fee with our preferred hair stylist.

prE Cut & Style In new zEALAND

for an additional cost of $100 you can have it cut in on your head by our preferred hair stylist
